Our private duty nurses stand ready to take over your loved one’s care after an injury or hospital stay. Home & Hospital Medical Personnel employs only registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to perform care. We work in tandem with local physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure that patient and family needs are met.

Services
From pediatric care to home health care options, each assignment is different. We will work with you to devise a personalized plan to achieve the level of care you and your loved one need. Often, our services are employed within a patient’s home setting to grant independence and comfort throughout a specified care routine. Alternately, our skilled nursing services also extend into nursing home and assisted living settings to keep a continuum of care for established patients.

To best serve our patients Home & Hospital Medical Personnel holds insurance contracts with a variety of major providers. This includes Medicaid, HMOs, and long-term care insurance, as well as private pay. Our accreditations through the Joint Commission prove our experience and determination to serve our patients with the utmost care.
