Home Health Care for Seniors and Elderly in Verona, West Orange, Essex County, NJ

Home & Hospital Medical Personnel provides a wide range of home health care services for patients in nursing homes, long-term care facilities, or at home. Our home health care services are provided by licensed, insured, and bonded home health aides.

Private-Duty Nursing

Our private-duty nurses do an outstanding job of taking care of elder patients. We provide both registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to perform senior care. These nurses make sure that patient and family needs are met. Each nurse serves as a patient advocate in the medical community as well as a senior care provider at home or in a facility. Our skilled nurses can perform many medical functions including clinical assessments, IV therapy, dressing changes, among other responsibilities.

Elderly Care

Our elderly and senior services include the following:

  • Meal Preparation
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Medication Reminders
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Dressing
  • Bathing
  • Bathroom Assistance
  • Exercise Assistance
  • Companionship
  • Respite Care

Each elder care aide is supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN). Patients receive regular visits by the RN for a variety of reasons, including progress assessment, consultation with family members, and care adjustment, as needed.

Home & Hospital Medical Personnel provides exceptional live-in nurses to take care of your elderly loved ones. Many families find this senior care service especially helpful, whether the patient is at home or at a facility. Elder care live-ins are able to provide one-on-one monitoring and care needed by many older patients. Families gain peace of mind knowing that a trained, caring professional is on-hand to assist as needed. Around-the-clock live-in senior care is the right choice for many elder patients with medical conditions or limitations.

Companion Care

We also offer excellent companion care services. These individuals provide support and companionship, particularly for patients who live independently at home. Companion care can also include help with household tasks, including food preparation and light housekeeping.

Our minimum length of service is three hours a day. Patients and their families are welcome to choose what is best for their situation, whether it's around the clock live-in care or a specified number of hours of service.
